The aim of the workshop is to better understand and know our 'place' whereby we can design and implement quality revegetation and regeneration projects.
To this end a number of topics will be covered including local Geomorphology; Climate (macro and micro); Topography and Aspect; Fire ecology; Plant communities and Regional Ecosystem (RE) mapping; Planning for system succession, species diversity and plant/system dormancies; Locating intact plant systems (sites) that are representative of the plant community (system) that is being restored.
