Zina is from Romania and is acknowledged there and around the world as the premier exponent of her craft. She is variously known as a traditional Romanian chip carver and spoon maker, a creative decorative artist, and a sculptor who exhibits internationally. She has been teaching chip carving around the world for 20 years - we are thrilled to have her here at the Maleny Wood Expo.
Zina will introduce you to traditional chip carving interpreted in her own unique style. You'll be shown how to draw and execute different designs and patterns using a Queensland beech practice piece.
Cost: $120 (includes Expo day ticket)
